An open, two-way communication channel between scientists and practitioners involves the effective exchange of both scholarly and real-world information. We encourage this interaction by clearly communicating ideas as well as actively listening to others to enable a better and more productive partnership.

Our students are at the heart of The Center and focusing on student development is central to our purpose. By working with organizations and field experts on relevant projects, our interns sharpen their skill set and understanding of I/O psychology, thereby facilitating their growth as practitioners.
